							<h4>Zutaten</h4><h5><span style="color: #777259;">Für 2 große Portionen</span></h5><ul><li>1 Zwiebel</li><li>1 Packung Cocktailtomaten (300 g)</li><li>1 EL Olivenöl</li><li>1 Packung frischer Blattspinat (125 g)</li><li>250 g Risoni (oder <b>Kritharaki / Orzo:</b> das sind kleine Reisnudeln)</li><li>750 ml Wasser (bei Bedarf mehr)</li><li>1/2 Packung Kräuterfrischkäse</li><li>Salz, Pfeffer</li><li>Parmesan</li></ul><div> </div><div><h4>Zubereitung</h4><h5><span style="color: #777259;">Ca. 30 Minuten inkl. Aufräumen 🙂</span></h5><p>Zwiebel fein würfeln, Cocktailtomaten halbieren oder vierteln, je nach Größe. Blattspinat waschen. </p><p>In einer großen Pfanne Zwiebel und Tomaten in Olivenöl anbraten. Risoni-Nudeln (roh) dazugeben, mit Flüssigkeit aufgießen, würzen und ca. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen. Ab und zu umrühren, damit nichts anbrennt. </p><p>Bei Bedarf noch mehr Wasser hinzufügen, sodass eine cremige Konsistenz entsteht. </p><p>Blattspinat hinzugeben und gemeinsam mit Frischkäse unterrühren. Noch ca. 5 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Nudeln gar sind. </p><p>Mit viel Parmesan bestreuen und servieren &#8211; mhmmm!</p></div>						</div>

							<h4>Ernährungsinfos</h4><p>Das Gericht ist super einfach und enthält eine Menge Nährstoffe. Pasta-Gerichte sind generell eher Kohlenhydrat lastig, daher eignet sich ein gemischter Salat als Beilage gut. </p><p>Die Pasta liefert Energie aus Kohlenhydraten, Frischkäse und Parmesan liefern Eiweiß und die unterschiedlichen Gemüsesorten liefern reichlich Vitamine &amp; Mineralstoffe!</p><p>PS: wenn du kohlenhydratreiche Lebensmittel (wie hier die Pasta) abkühlen lässt und am nächsten Tag nochmal erhitzt, entsteht <strong>resistente Stärke.</strong></p><p>Die Stärke ändert durch den Abkühlungsprozess ihre Struktur und ist durch die Verdauungsenzyme nicht mehr aufspaltbar. Sie wandert daher in den Dickdarm, wo sie Futter für unsere Darmbakterien ist! Die Folge ist ein langsamerer Blutzuckeranstieg und eine längere Sättigung. </p>						</div>
